ISBI 2023 – POSTER SESSIONS

Physical Posters

We have three physical poster sessions:

• Poster Session 1 – Wed Apr 19th 10:30 – 11:30 am COL
• Poster Session 2 – Thu Apr 20th 10:30 – 11:30 am COL
• Poster Session 3 – Fri Apr 21st 10:30 – 11:30 am COL

You will find your session and your location (LOC) in ISBI – 2023 – Poster Sessions with your Paper ID

Where should I hang my poster?

We have updated ISBI 2023 – Poster Sessions with room information like this:

• LOC 1 – 134: Second floor, Room: Hall de Exposiciones
• LOC 135 – 306: First floor, Room: Claustro de Las Animas

Notes:

• Remember to find your LOC according to your Paper ID.
• Please note that Claustro de Las Animas and Hall de Exposiciones are the first and second floor of the same building respectively.
• There will be volunteer assistance available to hang your poster. Double sided tape will be provided.
• Please hang your poster at the beginning of the conference and take it down at the end.

I sent my poster to be printed in Cartagena, when do I collect it and how I pay?

Please pick your poster at the poster booth (in front of the registration area). Kyara from Copy Eventos (printing house) will be there to release the poster and collect payment.

You can pay in USD or COP in cash only.

Virtual Posters

We have two virtual poster sessions:

• Poster Session 1 – Thu Apr 20th 7:00 – 8:00 am COL
• Poster Session 2 – Fri Apr 21th 7:00 – 8:00 am COL
