Electronic posters (ePosters) will be introduced at the 2022 Engineering in Medicine and Biology Conference, in conjunction with our vendor MultiLearning. ePoster presenters should now have received information on how to prepare and submit your ePoster including ePoster templates to help with your preparation.
ePoster sessions will enhance the classic poster experience at this year’s conference. Delegates will be able to browse and view the posters throughout the conference but presenters will now have dedicated presentation time similar to oral presentations.
Presenters no longer need to print and transport posters! Presenters no longer need to rely on static graphics to illustrate your work! With ePosters, presenters can embed videos, animations, and audio to bring their research and results to life!

Instructions for ePoster
Electronic posters (ePosters) will be introduced at the 2022 Engineering in Medicine and Biology Conference, in conjunction with our vendor MultiLearning. If you have been accepted for ePoster presentation, you should now have received information directly from MultiLearning regarding the format and submission of your ePoster; including ePoster templates for your convenience. Nevertheless, the use of templates is not mandatory and presenters are free to submit their own designs and color schemes.
ePosters should adhere to the following specifications:
- PowerPoint file or PDF file, landscape format (ratio of 16:9 is ideal). Note the file should not be password-protected.
- ePoster should consist of a single slide only.
Once you submit your poster file, you will receive a notice within two business days that your file has been processed. At that time, you will log back into your account to review the ePoster. You will then approve or submit changes to the interactive ePoster file. At this time, you can also add audio narration (see the section on Audio Narration).
Audio Narration
You will be able to add audio narration to your ePoster sections during the final review step. Please note: this final step is available only after the MultiePoster Team has processed your uploaded file usually within approximately 2 business days. To learn more about this feature, see this demonstration and tutorial.
